HOW TO ORDER YOUR PHOTO PROCESSING SERVICES

We have two methods of ordering our processing services and products within our site. One with the option to order and pay for your processing online and the other to download an order form and send with your instructions and payment via the post.

METHOD 1:  Automatic Order System (ONLINE)

Select your chosen services from our automated shopping system via the shop pages.

Once you have selected the Processing Options or Products you require, you will be directed through to Payment and Completion.          untitled-1

After you have selected your first choices you can return to order further services and products, if necessary.

After completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email of your order.

If you are sending films or digital media for processing you will need to print off a copy of your Confirmation or make a note of your Order Number and enclose the details with your items for processing. Package your photographic materials with care and send to the address on the email.

We will acknoweledge receipt of your order and also confirm when your order has been despatched.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS ARE PACKAGED CORRECTLY AND THAT YOU HAVE APPLIED THE CORRECT POSTAGE TO YOUR PACKAGE.

INCORRECT POSTAGE WILL CAUSE DELAYS IN US RECEIVING YOUR ORDER AND WILL RESULT IN CHARGES BEING ADDED TO YOUR ORDER.

METHOD 2:   Order Form (POSTAGE)

If you wish to send your order via our Order Form, a link to the Order Form is available on each page of our site, click on the Order Form link and print off a copy.

Fill in your instructions, payment option and details and send with your photographic materials to the address which is at the top of the Order Form.

We can accept payment by Cheque, Paypal Invoice or we can call you for your Credit Card details. If you select payment by Paypal Invoice be sure to write clearly your email address on the Order Form and the invoice will be sent when we are sure of the amount of your order after processing.

If your are unable to print off a copy of your automated email or the order form we will accept written instruction of your order on plain paper. Please be sure to include ALL the relevent information on your letter.

If you are ordering films, frames or other products you will receive Confirmation of your order and details of your order being Despatched.

All of our orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st class post and you can choose packages to be sent by Recorded Delivery postage which will REQUIRE A SIGNATURE. If you are out at the time of delivery your package will be held at your local sorting office. If uncollected your package will be sent back to us after approx 10 days.
